When you purchase PromptsUnlocked, Stripe collects your email address and payment information. We receive your email address from Stripe so we can deliver your access link and process restore requests. We do not store your credit card number or billing details on our servers.

If you subscribe to our email list, we store your email address and optional name to send product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.

How we use your data

Your email is used to deliver your purchase, send restore links when you request them, and send product updates if you opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. We also use browser localStorage to remember your unlock status and favorites — this data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Netlify for hosting, and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.

Data retention

Your purchase record is retained in Stripe for as long as needed to support restore requests and refunds. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your subscriber data at any time by emailing hello@promptsunlocked.com. For purchase records, we can assist within the limits of Stripe's data retention requirements.
