1. Products

We sell digital products including AI prompt collections, workflow guides, Notion templates, and content calendars. All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical goods.

2. Purchase & Delivery

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
After purchase, you will be redirected to a delivery page where you can access all product materials.
We recommend bookmarking the delivery page for future access.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product materials for your own business or personal use. This means:

You CAN: Use the prompts, templates, and guides in your own business. Modify them for your needs. Use outputs generated by the prompts commercially.
You CANNOT: Redistribute, resell, or share the product materials (including the prompts, guides, or templates) with others. Share access to the delivery page. Claim the materials as your own original creation for resale as a competing product.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@wilsoncreative.co within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Our products provide tools, templates, and educational content. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue, time savings, or results. Your results will depend on your effort, industry, existing business, and how you implement the materials.

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilson Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All product materials (prompts, guides, templates, page designs, and copy) are the intellectual property of Wilson Creative LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use them as described in Section 3, but does not transfer ownership.
